Fujifilm X-T30 body (black) with a pair of lenses for photography or video needs. Includes F-Log, 10-bit 422 output via HDMI. Very fast focus and accurate continuous autofocus.(same sensor and processor as X-T3)
Because it is a small camera with great performance, the Fujifilm X-T30 has been nicknamed "the Little Giant." It is the previous X-T20 successor, and it's a kind of remastered edition of the company's original X-T3 model that shares a lot of the camera's technical advancements.
Fujifilm X-t30 is a much lighter and more compact camera than the X-T3. In comparison to the 1.19-pound flagship, the X-T30 is just 0.844 pounds.
The X-T30 from Fujifilm brings at a more affordable price the same 26MP sensor, processor, and most of the high-end feature set of the X -T3 are included. With the X-T30, along with many other direct controls and a tilting touchscreen, you get the new Fujifilm AF system, all in a smaller frame.
From the front and above, the X-T30 looks similar to the X-T20. However, the dial mode used as well as exposure compensation and shutter speed, is the same. In addition to this, the X-T30 doesn't have the same dedicated ISO dial that the much larger X-T3 has; nonetheless, it is not hard to assign ISO to the front or rear knob of the camera for easy and immediate adjustment. Another added feature is the hidden and tiny pop-up flash, and you wouldn't normally find this on the larger Fujifilm cameras.
Along with the 26.1MPX-Trans CMOS 4 APS-C image sensor, the X-T30 also comes with an X-Processor Pro 4 image processor. This processor is probably up to 3 times faster than the 3rd generation camera in the X-T20.
This new sensor, which was first seen in the previous X-T3, and its back-illuminated architecture, brings improved light collection and image quality.
Among the X-T30's ports and jack, there is a 2.5mm microphone jack. Still, suppose you want to track audio while recording video. In that case, you will either need USB-C headphones or use a USB-C-to-3.5mm adapter's 3.1 is supported by Fujifilm, allowing the camera to work efficiently when you plug in an external battery pack that makes use of power delivery via USB or adapter, even when the battery is completely drained.
The X-T30 is, however, ranked below the X-T3 when it comes to video. It can still produce good 4k footage, but it is essentially limited to about a 10 minutes clip.
